Project Overview

Timecity·Kaiping Forest Ecological Recreation Tourism Project is the full name of Kaiping Project. The Project is located in Jinji Town, Kaiping, Jiangmen City of Guangdong Province. The total site area of the Project is around 5000 mu, with a total construction area of around 700,000 square meters. The Project mainly consists of a 3-star scenic hotel, a 5-star spa/bungalow resort hotel, health and wellness clubhouse and medical care zone, forest ecological health and wellness zone, Space Wonderland and other theme parks, flower garden and other ancillary facilities. In summary, this is a health and wellness tourism project that fully utilizes local ecological resources with the concept of well-being and recreational tourism.

On 13 June 2019, Kaiping Timecity has entered into a letter of intention for an exclusive cooperation framework agreement (“The Letter”) with Uni-Bio Science Healthcare (Beijing)Co. Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed Uni-Bio Science Group Limited (Stock code: 690.hk). Pursuant to the Letter, the two parties preliminarily agree to enter into a comprehensive and exclusive cooperation framework agreement, and to discuss the possibility of building a joint venture based on the following issues: 1) To provide healthcare related services for patients diagnosed with chronic diseases within the Timecity·Kaiping Forest Ecological Recreation Tourism Project; and 2) To set up and operate hospitals/clinics within the area of Timecity·Kaiping Forest Ecological Recreation Tourism Project, in order to support phase I and phase IV clinical trials of the future research on chronic diseases, especially in the fields of diabetes and osteoporosis.
