Timecity Group was established in 2018 and is headquartered at Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong. The core business of the Group is the development of health, wellness and recreational tourism, with aims to promote health and wellness projects which integrates well-being, medical care, life care management services and entertainment.

Kaiping Timecity Tourism Development Limited (開平時間寶鎮旅遊發展有限公司), an affiliate of Timecity Group, is the developer of Timecity·Kaiping Forest Ecological Recreation Tourism Project (“The Project”). The Project is located in Jinji Town of Kaiping City, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, with a total site area of around 5000 mu, and consists of three main zones: ecotherapy zone, forest health and wellness zone, and recreation zone, together with a 5-star spa hotel, flower garden, and other ancillary facilities.
